pet policy

The Berkeley at Medford Pointe is a pet-loving community and we welcome both cats and dogs. Vaccination records, a photo of your pet, and a $300 non-refundable pet fee is required upon registration of each pet. A $25 pet rent is also required monthly per pet. We reserve the right to limit breeds and weights. We do not accept exotic pets or large reptiles. If you have a pet other than a cat or dog, such as fish in small tanks, birds, and small furry friends you should be welcome, please ask.

Pet Fee:

$300

A one-time non-refundable pet fee is required per pet and is due at the time of move-in and/or registration of your pet. 

Pet Rent:

$25/mo

A monthly pet rent is collected per pet and begins at the time of move-in and/or registration of your pet.

FEES & DEPOSITS

Application Fee:

$45

There is an application processing fee of $45.00 per applicant when applying for available units.

Security Deposit:

$199

A refundable security deposit is required prior to reservation of your apartment.

Administration Fee:

$150

The one-time administration fee is collected by the day of move in.

We offer one-car garage rentals located throughout the property that can be used for covered parking, additional storage, or personal space.


Washer & Dryer Rental:

$50/mo

Rent laundry appliances through us. We will install and service them.

Monthly fees

Amenity Fee:

$60/mo

The amenity fee is a required monthly fee collected from all tenants to maintain the community’s many amenities, features, and fiber-optic internet services.


Insurance Fee:

$13.50/mo

Insurance fees are collected for enrollment in the Liability to Landlord Coverage to protect our tenants from unexpected circumstances where they may be liable in accordance with their lease.
